Welcome to PetMemorial. These Terms and Conditions govern the access to, use of, and purchase of services offered through the PetMemorial website and/or application. By accessing, registering for, or using PetMemorial, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.
PetMemorial is a service operated by Víctor Hugo Pérez Márquez, an individual with domicile in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.

PetMemorial is a digital platform that allows users to create online memorials for deceased pets, share memories, publish a photo of the pet, write an epitaph, and receive a symbolic “letter from the rainbow bridge.”
The platform may allow each memorial to be configured as public or private, according to the user’s choice when creating or editing it.
PetMemorial may only be used by adults of legal age in accordance with the laws applicable in their country of residence, especially because payment options are available within the platform.
To access certain PetMemorial features, it may be necessary to create a user account.
PetMemorial may reject registrations, suspend accounts, or terminate access when false information, misuse, or violations of these Terms and Conditions are detected.

The user retains ownership of their content; however, by publishing or uploading it to PetMemorial, the user grants PetMemorial a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license as necessary to store, reproduce, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and providing the contracted service.
PetMemorial allows certain memorials to be configured as public or private.
The user is responsible for correctly choosing the visibility settings for each memorial. PetMemorial shall not be responsible for access to, viewing of, or dissemination of content when the user has configured the memorial as public.

PetMemorial reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Users may request deletion of their account at any time, according to the procedures available on the platform or by contacting the email address indicated. Account deletion may imply loss of access to content, memorials, and related functionalities.
PetMemorial may offer paid services for the publication and maintenance of online memorials.
Currently, the service is offered as a one-time payment, which grants the user the right to keep a memorial online for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.
Once that period ends, the memorial may be removed from the platform unless PetMemorial offers a new extension or renewal option and the user purchases it.
PetMemorial services do not renew automatically.
Any extension, reactivation, or new service purchase must be made through a new payment when such option is available.
PetMemorial may provide refunds in accordance with its internal policies and applicable law.
Where payment is processed by third parties such as Google Play or PayPal, the refund process may additionally depend on the rules, timeframes, validations, and policies of those platforms.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The user acknowledges that payment processing is also subject to the terms and policies of the corresponding payment provider.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public communication, reverse engineering, or exploitation is prohibited.

PetMemorial may perform updates, improvements, maintenance, temporary suspensions, or functional changes at any time, with or without prior notice, whenever necessary.

The processing of personal data is governed by the PetMemorial Privacy Policy, which forms a complementary part of these Terms and Conditions.
